Autumn, oh how I love thee. Let me count the ways; colorful leaves, brisk air, sweaters and jeans, cozy cardigans, boots, scarves, hats, warm and rich earth tones, hot apple cider, pumpkin spice….I could go on an on about my love of the Fall season. If you are like me then you are more than ready for the hot and muggy air to be replaced with cool, brisk air and crunchy leaves under your feet. I always feel that at the beginning of a new season, there is sort of a renewal of things. A chance for a fresh start. Reorganize your closet – fold down and store away some of those summer items and bring a few of your warmer clothes to the forefront. This is a great time to assess what you don’t need anymore and donate it! My rule of thumb is if you’ve gone all season without wearing it, it’s time to go. Instead of shopping for Fall aimlessly, make a check list of items you really need and then go from there. Last (this is my fav) look for a fall-esque wreath for your door and pull up a few of your favorite recipes for this season. You’re bound to fall in love.
