Sweet November

The Fall season has officially set in. We’ve gained an hour in time, the leaves are at their peak color and we are anticipating all of the hustle and bustle that the holiday season will bring. November is basically the last month to sort out any goals or deadlines that you may want to complete before the end of the year. I advise that instead of scrambling to check off a made up to-do list, rest easy that what you have already accomplished this year is enough. Your list may show several items to still get through but, at this point allow yourself to slow down and be grateful for this moment, for friends and family and for your health and wellness. Ease into the holiday season with a positive attitude. Do not over-commit, do not spend money that you don’t have. Relish in the fact that you’ve triumphed through another year and continue to move forward regardless of setbacks.

My suggestion would be so to spend as much time as possible with family and friends this season. Give yourself a break on the list of “things to accomplish before year’s end” and simply enjoy the changing of weather and the transition of how everything looks outside. Cuddle up to sweet November.
