Happy Friday, dear friends. Another week is behind us. Sometimes when we are in the thick of things, we don’t always notice the small victories we’ve had along the way. Take time to reflect on the week, the last two weeks or even all of January. I guarantee you’ve accomplished something – maybe not a full goal or list item, but an action or step in the right direction is sometimes all you need.

Small milestones along the way should be celebrated. Maybe it’s that phone call, email or short conversation that ultimately leads to that long-awaited interview, business connection or dream job. At times we can be so wrapped up in the ‘big picture’ or large-scale goal that we forget to high-five ourselves for the everyday hustle, work, effort and muscle we put into every detail of our layered lives.

So if you got up today, got dressed and faced the world – celebrate that. Encourage yourself and keep moving.
